Another Exam?

Got a call from the Postgraduate Department telling that I need to go for an oral comprehensive exam. It means that I will be asked verbally by the exam panel to test how thoroughly I know about the theories in the subject taken. Since I'm the only student sat for the comprehensive exam recently so I'm also the only 'selected' student who need to go for this oral exam. They gave me less than one week to prepare and I'm in the middle of sitting for my coursework exam. Just hoping for the best. Sigh.

Dear Azuriy, Assalamua'laikum,

Alhamdulillah! Its sound like a great news. Congratulation Sis from me. Every stages you advanced, I will salute and congratulate you.

It doesn't matter how long they give you time to prepare. As a PhD student, I believe you are ready all the time, and the most important thing is, keep praying so that in the oral exam day, you are not ill.

Take time to think prior to answer during the oral exam. Since you will be the only candidate, may be you can change the mood of the session into a 'theorem discussion' instead of you only try to remember and give the 'right' or per 'schema' answer. Remember Sis, the session is like an interview of your 'field/world' as an economist.

Keep smiling Sis. You always get doa from me for the best. I ask forgiveness from Allah and from you for all my mistake. I-lal-li-qa' Was-sa-la-mah.
