I know I did a lot of sighs since I started my study and I should do no more when I found this quote. Well..... this interesting quote was found in my ECONOMICS book.

Alhamdulillah & congratulation! You are getting better spirit now. Keep it up.
When someone say, "life is hard" he/she is close to "giving up" and tend to sigh a lot. "Giving up" will expose ourself widely to "iblis". "Iblis" sigh many times a day, especially when someone immediately be patient/"redho" by reciting "Alhamdulillah" when facing/hearing/experiencing/etc. something "hard". So instead of sigh lets change to smile that shows our patient ("sobar").
